• Environment
  Precision-controlled air conditioning systems protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment in the Network Operations Center. The facility is controlled by York™ quad-compressor/dual-blower redundant systems. These systems provide a virtually dust-free and particle-free computing environment, with temperature, humidity, and air-quality regulation.

• Security
  Restricted access to the Network Operations Center is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. Visitors and clientele are only allowed on-site if escorted by Network Operations Center staff. The entire Network Operations Center is monitored, ensuring prompt response and thorough coverage to fire or security alarms. We supply all our Network Operations Center customers with advanced firewall, encryption, intrusion detection and other security measures. Our Data Center maintains a full digital video surveillance system of the Network Operations Center, with full on-site and off-site recording.

Firewall - We take server security very seriously and is our #1 priority. After all, what use it to host sites on an unprotected system. All our servers are firewalled, patched, administered and monitored around the clock. Our Linux professionals have years of experience protecting servers and keeping your sites safe and sound. Network - Out Network is connected to an integrated fiber-optic network that utilizes advanced optical networking technologies, and next-generation switching and routing equipment to provide Internet, data, voice and video services. At the heart of our network is the technology award-winning, next- generation, non-legacy architecture with advanced optical networking technologies. Simply put, it's the most advanced network around. We use OC3 connectivity providing 155Mbps of bandwidth for high-volume businesses that need optimum connectivity 24/7. We also use The NTT/Versio network features OC3, OC12 and OC48 circuits as well as Cisco and Juniper Networks router technology. We use NTT/VERIO's Global Tier One Network to provide you with the, most up-to-date technologies to provide fast, efficient and accurate data transport.
 

Anti-Virus - As part of your plan we scan all incoming and outgoing E-mail for dangerous content. If dangerous content is found we remove the offending virus from your E-mail then inform you about it telling you who sent it. This is a fee service we provide all our accounts. Take the worry out of receiving a virus sent to you through our system.
